Silestone Certified Warranty
Silestone is the only brand that offers a certified warranty, in writing. Only a global leader, one which is the largest producer of quartz surfaces and the only one with anti-bacterial protection, could once again draw ahead of the pack and offer a genuine10-year warranty for Silestone.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
10-year warranty for Silestone products installed by a workshop or marble manufacturer:
1. For the warranty to take effect, the user must produce proof of purchase.
2. Since Cosentino does not actually make worktops, but supplies the material, in the event of the conditions being for application of the 10-year warranty offered by the Group, all the material required will be provided to replace the worktop; however, the cost of manufacturing and installing the product will not be covered by Cosentino.
3. The warranty does not cover defects deriving from manufacturing or installing the product, as such operations are not performed by Cosentino.
4. The Warranty is available from July 1st 2009, only through approved Fabricators (THE MARBLE WAREHOUSE IS AN APPROVED FABRICATOR)
