The Kenia range of insert stoves
There are 5 models in the Kenia class (The 45, 60, 70, 90 and 110) with width sizes ranging from 493mm up to 1100mm. Nominal heat outputs range from 5kW (the 45) up to 14kW (the 90 & 110) all produced via an in-built convector box. Each model has separate controls for primary air, secondary air and air to clean the glass system.
There is a choice of two versions for each model – The ‘Standard Version’ with a steel door and glass window, or the ‘Vision Version’ with a full length glass door.
There are also double-sided models available (the 90D and the 110D) which have loading doors either side. All versions (except the 45) have twin, thermostatically controlled turbines to boost heat output with 2 x hot air take offs of 120m diameter if required. The Kenia 45 relies on a combination of radiant and convected heat for its heat output. Additionally, the Kenia 45 is rated as a multifuel model whereas the other models are wood burning only.
The Kenia 45 (in both Standard & Vision models) is proving particularly successful in the UK market as it fits with very little adaptation into most standard sized builders openings and provides an easy replacement for existing gas or other fires.
Finally, there is a range of special, wider frame options in either flat or curved designs which can be ordered in a choice of plain metallic or stainless steel finishes.
